Attorney Erin Russell has been a litigator for more than 20 years. Her multi-jurisdictional litigation practice is focused on copyright, trademark, defamation, and reputation management litigation. Erin has been involved with copyright and trademark litigation filed by serial plaintiffs for more than 15 years. This includes plaintiffs who file many hundreds of copyright infringement cases each week as well as “Schedule A” trademark matters filed against hundreds of e-commerce sellers. She also handles litigation surrounding DMCA takedown notices issued to content creators and subpoenas seeking the identities of otherwise anonymous litigants. Erin has a significant amount of experience challenging and litigating issues regarding subpoenas in both state and federal courts.

Erin is very experienced in resolving cases prior to litigation and has a proven track
record of winning contested matters in court. Prior to entering her intellectual property
practice she represented attorneys and law firms in legal malpractice and ethics
matters.
